Health is the greatest gift from God has given to us all. Health isn’t a permanent thing and we are not like machine which can be replaced by spare parts if damaged. Thus health is thing should we care as a sign of gratitude toward God. If our task is only to continue to maintain existing health, this so hard? Let's apply a healthy life habits start from ourselves first until become a system of patterns after we usually apply it as habit.

Healthy living includes many factors that such a broad, but I started to implement a simple system to keep healthy with a healthy diet food by eating healthy foods and also do not forget the fiber components such as fruit or vegetables. It is so simple because it only by adding a little exercise every morning, not long our bodies will look more athletic and our fitness will be more improved.
